• Name one thing you see.

My Story: The Bathroom Reset
Not long ago, one of those dreadful mornings hit—with medication mix-ups, missed forms, appointment changes—all before 9 a.m. My body panicked: shallow breath, pounding heart, sweaty palms.
I slipped into the bathroom, whispered, “Just breathe,” and set a 90-second timer. Following inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 6 pattern, by the end, the chaos hadn’t vanished, but I found steadiness and space inside.
That’s the gift of micro meditations—they don’t erase hard moments but bring you back to yourself so you can keep going.
