Choose your cohort
The Oasis Signature Program
Twelve weeks, six steps and ten caregivers at your stage, so you walk into hard rooms steady, leave with a plan you trust, and recover faster afterwards.
You hold the 24-hour lived reality that no scan, no chart note and no 15-minute appointment can capture. You're the handover between every team. And in the room, you're treated as a visitor.
So you hold it together. You stay polite, stay calm, stay acceptable, under conditions nobody should have to perform in. Then the words go, and afterwards the crash comes.
The workshop gave you words for the next room. Oasis is for every room after it.
You're still learning your loved one's needs, the assessments and the reassessments, and nobody handed you a manual. You can feel the room changing around you and you don't know why, or what you're allowed to do about it.
In Cohort A we build your footing:
Starts Thursday 29 October 2026
Take a place in Cohort AYou can anticipate, adjust and move the goalposts in your sleep. You still freeze, because you've spent a decade being dismissed and watching mistakes happen. In an emergency, with someone who doesn't know the full story, the fear of it happening again is what takes your words.
In Cohort B we protect what you have left:
Starts Thursday 5 November 2026
Take a place in Cohort BRight on the line, nine and a half years or just past ten? Choose the one you felt most drawn to as you read. If you're still unsure, reply to any of Michelle's emails and her team will help you choose.
Why words disappear under stress, and how to get your brain back online.
You leave with a 90-second reset you can use in a waiting room, a corridor or mid phone call.
Separate today from the whole journey when everything feels urgent at once.
You leave with your Hard Room Notes and a repeatable way to find the one next step.
Your Hard Room Words, taken much further than the workshop: what to say when you freeze, fawn, fight or flood.
You leave with a cue-card script set for your next appointment or meeting.
A simple system that carries your loved one's history across every team, so you don't have to.
You leave with your medical history one-pager and a decisions log started.
Why the aftershock happens, and how to close the loop so 2am gets quieter.
You leave with an aftercare plan in 3, 15 and 45 minute versions.
Language, boundaries and support that keep you a recognised member of the care team.
You leave with a support map and a boundary script pack.
One every fortnight, 75 to 90 minutes, with times rotating across timezones.
On the alternate weeks, so you're never more than a week from an answer.
Reach Michelle, her team and the other caregivers in your cohort for all twelve weeks.
Replays and your cohort community stay open for as long as Oasis runs.
Plus every template: prep sheet, cue cards in print and phone size, continuity kit, aftercare plans and the reset menu. Camera off is welcome. Your story is yours to share as much or as little as feels right.
Your guide, Michelle Anderson
I've been in these rooms for fifteen years, on both sides of the table.
As a caregiver for my children, through diagnoses, surgeries, hospital stays and the slow grinding reality of a system that was not built with caregivers in mind. And as a patient, through a double mastectomy, a hip replacement and two years in a wheelchair, relearning to walk while still showing up for my children's appointments.
I know what it costs to hold it together in a room that is not holding you. I once spent fourteen hours advocating for a written seizure plan. I wasn't trying to be difficult. I knew my son, and the notes did not capture what I knew.
I built this work because I needed it and it did not exist. I keep each cohort to ten so every caregiver has room to be heard.
"There was nothing more moving than hearing your deeply passionate life experience as a caregiver. This didn't come from a text book that doesn't understand the enormous challenges caring dishes out to us daily."
"Great way to help myself to feel more confident. Importance of being prepared with practise when I am not under pressure, helped my words stick in my mind."
All prices in USD. Your bank converts it to your local currency automatically.
Caregivers rarely think twice about spending on the person they love. Hospital parking, another prescription, petrol for yet another appointment. Spending on your own support can feel very different.
Your capacity is the infrastructure your loved one's care runs on. This is a care decision, and you're allowed to make it for yourself.
Ten places in each cohort. When a cohort has ten caregivers, it closes.
Then you watch the replay, and you're still completely part of it. Every session is recorded in full, and the times rotate so you can make as many live as possible wherever you are.
One session a fortnight, and a tiny practice in between that takes two to five minutes. There is no falling behind.
No. Some caregivers share a lot and some mostly listen. Both are welcome, and you still get everything the program offers.
No. Oasis is practical, trauma-aware support with tools you build and use in real rooms. If you have a therapist, keep them. Oasis is what you take into the appointment.
No. It's educational support with language and structure.
One breath. One moment. One next step.
