For caregivers in ten years or more
You know the condition, the system and the words. This cohort is about saying less and being heard, being ready for emergencies and new faces, and bringing down the cost this has taken on your body. It isn't beginner advice.
Your experience is the starting point here, not something to explain again.
You've been to hundreds of appointments. One dismissive comment flips your system and the words go.
You build protection for years of hypervigilance, so you can stay in your body when it counts.
One more therapy, one more form, one more 'urgent'. Your system wants to do it all, instantly.
You learn to name the one decision that matters this week, so 2am gets quieter.
You've been dismissed before, so you bring the whole history. The room still rushes you.
You tighten your language so it lands: say less and still be taken seriously, including with new faces in an emergency.
Folders, portals, emails and a history that spans years. You're exhausted from repeating it.
You build a short version that still honours the truth, so continuity becomes a boundary, not a burden.
The crash has become your normal. You function, then pay for it for days.
You design aftercare that protects next week, not just today.
You've been the care coordinator for a decade. People assume you'll keep carrying it.
You build language and structures so you're supported, not just relied on.
Fortnightly from Thursday 5 November 2026, 75 to 90 minutes, with times rotating across timezones.
On the alternate weeks, so you're never more than a week from an answer.
A private community with Michelle, her team and your cohort for all twelve weeks.
Replays and your cohort community stay open for as long as Oasis runs.
Plus every template: prep sheet, cue cards, continuity kit, aftercare plans and the reset menu. Camera off is welcome, and your story is yours to share as much or as little as feels right.
All prices in USD. Your bank converts it to your local currency automatically.
Your capacity is the infrastructure your loved one's care runs on. This is a care decision, and you're allowed to make it for yourself.
When Cohort B has ten caregivers, it closes.
Cohort A is built for caregivers in their first ten years. This round has now begun, so join the wait list to hear first when the next one opens. If you're right on the line, choose the one you felt most drawn to as you read, or reply to any of Michelle's emails and her team will help you choose.
Join the Cohort A wait listThen you watch the replay, and you're still completely part of it. Every session is recorded in full.
